507 Two-Part Instant Adhesive (20ml)

The 507 two-part instant adhesive kit is a bonding solution for high-performance applications, specially formulated to create strong and durable bonds on a variety of challenging substrates. Ideal for both industrial and DIY use. 

COMPONENTS

1. Surface Treatment Solution (Step One)

• Volume: 20ml

• Function: Prepares and primes the surface to enhance adhesion. This treatment solution ensures that the adhesive can bond effectively to materials that are typically difficult to bond, like silicone. 
• Suitable Materials: Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), Silicone, Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), Flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC). 

2. Adhesive (Step Two)

• Volume: 20ml
• Function: A high-strength adhesive that creates an instant and durable bond upon application to treated surfaces.
• Suitable materials: Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), Silicone, Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), Flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC). 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Surface Preparation:

• Clean the surfaces to be bonded, ensuring they are free from dirt, grease, and oils. 
• Apply the surface treatment solution (Step One) to one surface.

2. Adhesive Application: 

• Apply the adhesive (Step Two) to the other prepared surface.
• Press the surfaces together firmly for a few seconds to achieve an instant bond. 

3. Curing: 

• Allow the bond to cure for 15-20 seconds for maximum strength.
